Premier Silicon Valley recruiting firm is searching for remote (work from home, part-time) Administrative Assistant to help us expand our business. The Admin supports our executive-led recruiting process. They are not recruiters or sourcers. The Admin will work with the Recruiting Executive to make sure all client and candidate contacts occur on schedule and in a professional manner. The Admin helps marshal our sourcing professionals around each client job and ensures that all internal and external call/meeting coordination is handled professionally. Finally, the Admin will make sure the Recruiting Executive is fully on top of all of their duties and obligations to the client (the admin managing their manager – sound familiar?). The Admin’s job is to make the Recruiting Executive maximally effective and ensure the client is delighted with each search.
The Admin is a critical operating leader at our company. As such, they must be professional, courteous, effective communicators, well spoken, meticulously organized and process driven. We are interested in finding Admin candidates who have been superstars at past jobs, with a reputation for being smart and getting work done. Extensive reference checking will be done on any finalist candidate for this position.
Job duties:
• Work with Recruiting Executive, client and candidates to coordinate all meetings and other activities
• Pitch in as needed on any client engagement
Desired background:
• Must have 4+ years of administrative or project management experience
• Must have experience with online systems (almost any kind: ERP, accounting, candidate tracking, etc.. We are looking for someone comfortable working online)
• This is a work-at-home position. All of our systems are online and available via the internet
• Have at least two and preferably three references from former boss/manager/supervisor – no “peer” or other references will be considered
Compensation:
• This is a contractor position with variable hours, starting at 10-20 hours a week and growing as business needs dictate and as we determine your ability to handle more work
• Rate is $10 - $15/hr and will be based on experience and fit for the position

Looking for Online Social Networking Marketer for Pregnancy Website (Work-From-Home)

We are a week-by-week pregnancy podcast program featuring top obstetricians and doctors from across the country to provide advice and information for pregnant women (http://www.peainthepodcast.com). We are looking to grow our listenership and partner with various related sites.
We are looking for someone to manage our social networking/online marketing initiatives. You don't necessarily have to have corporate experience in this area but you need to be extremely familiar/working knowledge of facebook, twitter, MySpace, babycenter.com, thenest.com, and other similar pregnancy and social networking sites. You will be responsible for managing all our 3rd party marketing relationships, striking new relationships, and updating our social networking sites multiple times/day.
You will work from home and keep an excel log of your activity and work approx. 40 hours/month. This is the perfect opportunity for a stay-at-home / work from home mom with marketing experience.
Pay will be hourly, based on experience, $10 - $15/hour.
