The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling, processing phone orders, online internet orders, walk-ins, suggesting additional options and new items. Assisting customers with freight and installation concerns, outgoing mailings and letter writing. This inside sales representative has the responsibility for insuring high-quality customer service, including rapid response to all inquiries and on-time delivery according to customer specifications.
