TMG has been a consistent leader in the payment processing industry for more than 15 years.​ We provide our customers with all of their payment processing needs including credit card processing, debit, check conversion, EBT, E-commerce and gift/​loyalty cards.​

We are currently looking for a Remote Recruiter to work from home conducting phone interviews with potential Direct Sales Representatives to staff our national sales force.​

Responsibilities


-Make outbound calls to interested applicants to determine if they possess the essential qualifications (no cold calling required, we will provide you resumes on a daily basis)
-Obtain employment documents from hired applicants and schedule online training

- Submit completed employment documents to recruiting office



Salary


TMG will pay $35.​00 to $60.​00 per recruit based on a tier production level along with other production bonuses per hire.​


Requirements


-Minimum 2 years recruiting or sales experience
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Organized and detail oriented
-Working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the Internet
