patient rep

The position is a call center type environment. The Patient Service Representative (PSR) will be responsible for answering incoming calls and provide information about the products and services offered. PSR's will provide information to patients interested in receiving dentures, partials, and /or extraction services. Every caller should be given complete and exact information as it pertains to each office location. This is a information call only NO SALES involved. Monthly Bonus incentives are paid out if you meet the requirements for the incentive program.

Computer, High Speed Internet, Land line phone and Free long distance or willingness to incur those charges if you live out of the local area, Headset and Phone (you are required to purchase), Word and Excel, Printer, Ink, and Paper (you will be required to purchase)

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma, clean criminal background and previous customer service experience a plus.

Current Hours available to choose from:

7am-4pm Monday-Friday

9am-6pm Monday-Friday

12pm-7p OR 2pm-9pm Monday- Friday
