Community Media Curators are:

• very in touch with popular cultural trends (especially online, but also offline) among college students and recent college graduates
• In tune with their own emotional responses and able to appreciate the likely emotional responses of others

Your role will be to respond to emails within 8 hours of receiving them, with responses to questions, troubleshooting help and occasional customer support responses.
