This position will be considered intermittent meaning scheduled hours will vary depending on the amount of work available. There is potential for this position to become full-time in the future. Position Summary:
This role will be responsible for reviewing Home Owner Association fees and related HOA documents in order to determine vesting and encumbrances of title. Ideal candidate will be detail oriented and proficient in basic computer applications.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Abstract and analyze deeds, deeds of trust/mortgages, easements, judgments, tax assessments, and other applicable instruments.
2. Verify vesting and encumbrances to title.
3. Prepare title reports.
4. Review of files that may be too complicated to be completed by other departments.
5. Provide service to Red Vision customers.
6. Aid other departments with their workload if time permits.
7. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Compensation: $12/hour for 90 days, up to $19/hour thereafter
