Pocket Change - Opinion Outpost

Opinion Outpost is a survey site where you can make a little pocket change. There are several aspects of this survey company that I like. When you accrue money you can instantly spend it at Amazon or you can request a check. If you do not qualify for a particular survey, they give you the option to enter a sweepstakes, play an instant win game or make a small donation to the American Red Cross (I believe it is 10 cents). Personally I like to make that small donation to the Red Cross each time. From doing a few surveys I usually make around 25 dollars a month, just enough to get some items totally free with free shipping from Amazon!

Job Spooler

I came across another interesting website similar to MTurk. This one is called JobSpooler and can be found here:

http://jobspooler.com/

The site looks to be fairly new, so job searcher beware. However, it is an interesting concept and if legitimate, may be a good way to earn some extra change.

Pocket Change - CloudCrowd

CloudCrowd is a similar concept to MTurk, where users obtain short tasks that machines can not do (editing, etc) and are paid a small amount per piece. This particular company is fairly new and operates as a Facebook application, but most people I have talked to have been paid daily as promised through paypal. As with any opportunity, please do you homework prior to starting work.

Sites such as this one and MTurk are a good way to earn a little bit extra in your pocket.

Pocket Change - Quicktate

Quicktate is a transcription company where you are paid to transcribe short amounts of audio (such as voicemails, etc).

You can apply here: https://typists.quicktate.com/transcribers/signup

Their waiting list is generally quite long - don't be surprised if you stay on a waiting list for months. However, if you get off of the list and begin working, this is an easy thing to run in the background and pick up work when you can.

Pocket Change - Cha Cha

Cha Cha is a SMS text answer service - a cell phone user texts in a question, and a guide answers it. You can apply to become a guide here. It has been awhile since I have done any Cha Cha work, but the pay is low per question. They often run contests and other promotions to increase the pay slightly. They offer different options for payout as well. Worth looking into if you have some free time on your hands and don't mind researching and answering questions.

Pocket Change - textbroker

Jobs with the label "Pocket Change" are little jobs that you can do here and there to earn a little bit of money. These jobs are sporadic and not something you could really live off of, but every little bit helps, right?

Textbroker is a site where you can write articles for payment. You submit a writing sample which is then graded on a star rating system - the better the writing, the higher the score, and the more money per word you make. Once approved, you can then pick from a large list of topics with specific instructions.

Again, nothing you could live off of, but this might buy you a tank of gas for writing some articles while you are watching TV.
